Bijou first began in Cabrières, a tiny and idyllic region in the Languedoc-Roussillon just 30km north from the Mediterranean. Fortunately, during one of my many trips up to Scotland, Bijou sent us up with a few magnums of their flagship Rosé, Sophie Valrose.
